"Wrapped in Rain" by Charles Martin

Good afternoon! I’ve just received a new book from booksneeze, “Wrapped in Rain” by Charles Martin. Before I get started, however, I must say that I received this book for free from the booksneeze blogger program from the Thomas Nelson publishing company, and I am under no obligation to give this book a positive review. Everything I say is how I legitimately feel. Now, on with the show! This book felt kind of slow in the beginning, but after I muscled through the beginning, the book was very hard to put down. Tucker Mason leads what most people would consider a successful life- but what most people don’t see is the anger he still carries for his father and the pain he still harbors from his past. Raised by his housekeeper, a devout Christian, Tucker has moved away from his home, yet not moved on. When things happen in his life, he is forced to go back to the house that he thought he had left behind. Even though the woman who raised him is gone, he can almost still hear her prayers. But coming out of the darkness himself will take a mightier grace than he can scarcely believe in. This book was very good, I give it four out of five stars.
